How HKTDC Business Matching works?

Sign up and tell us your specific business request. The HKTDC's business matching specialists will identify potential partners from product suppliers, service providers, agents, distributors, licensees, franchisees to partners on technology transfer, joint venture or other strategic partners tailored to each business requirement. We will affirm interest of the potential partners and finally refer you those interested Hong Kong companies within four weeks.

Important Notes

  1. Some examples of enquiries:
    "To seek for distributors of kettle."
    "To search for suppliers of wooden ballpoint pen."

  2. Non-refundable basic service fee: Upon successful matching, this basic service fee is included in the Matching Fee. If no company can be matched and referred to your request, the Matching Fee will be reimbursed to you less the basic service fee. For further details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions on the Service Application Form.

  3. Late cancellation service charge for matching: This basic service fee will apply as soon as the "Confirmation of Application" is sent out to you. Cancellation that comes in 5 working days after the "Confirmation of Application" is sent out is late cancellation and will be subject to the full Matching Fee.

  4. Late cancellation service charge for appointment: Cancellation of appointments that comes in 3 working days prior to the date of appointment or fail to show up at the appointment without prior notice to HKTDC are late cancellations and the full Appointment Fee applies.
