We own 11 retail shops around Hamburg in Germany. Normally we buy our womenswear collection from local wholesalers and brand sellers but now we want to source from manufacturers directly for lower cost and better products. The HKTDC Business Matching Service has helped us find a number of prospective suppliers during Hong Kong Fashion Week for Spring/Summer 2017. There is a supplier offering jeans with ample designs to choose from; an Indian supplier with nice dresses and skirts; a down-jacket manufacturer selling products for renowned fashion brands; and a Korean supplier with simplistic tops that will probably work out if I develop a few styles with the same material. I have even found stylish mannequins and hangers for my shops too. This is indeed a fruitful trip!
