I have been running a ladies’ boutique at the Plaza Indonesia in Jakarta, Indonesia, for 29 years. Apart from the fashion weeks in Milan and Paris, I often come to CENTRESTAGE and the Hong Kong Fashion Week to look for new trends, designers and suppliers. As a boutique, I usually order six pieces of each style so finding suppliers that can offer not only good styles but also a low MOQ is very important to me. My first morning has been fruitful; I have already placed an order for 12 styles of brooches, each with six pieces, with an Indian company. They will be sending me more samples in the coming two weeks and I may order more from them. I will for sure come to the show again.
