House of Holland is a fashion design label based inLondon. We design, manufacture and wholesale to high-end retailers including Selfridges, Net-a-Porter and Hong Kong’s Lane Crawford. This is my first timevisiting the Hong Kong Fashion Week for Fall/Winter and I have come to look for new manufacturers in Mainland China to expand our manufacturers pool. At present, 30% of our manufacturing is done in Mainland China and 70% in Europe. I am looking for manufacturers that can produce in small quantities of around100 pieces and I am happy to find that more manufacturers in Mainland China are now catering to this request. Through the HKTDC Business Matching service, I have found three good manufacturers from Mainland China and Hong Kong that meet my criteria. I will be reviewing their quality, fabric base and price point with my team in London.
