I oversee my company’s logistics automation software and hardware businesses, including solutions for airports and for parcel and mail handling facilities. We are also developing our digital businesses, including IoT and MindShpere IoT platforms that can be used for analytics, forecasts and predictive maintenance. This is my first time attending the Asian Logistics and Maritime Conference 2019. I was originally going to attend only the seminars but decided to use the opportunity to better understand this industry and its key stakeholders, and to explore the demand for and market potential of our solutions. Through the HKTDC Business Matching service, I met two Hong Kong companies with good potential for cooperation. One of them is a major logistics company that expressed interest in using our automation systems for its warehouses. The other is interested in using our offerings for their sister companies. I will be discussing with both companies further.
