Soap Studio startedoff in 2014 as a toy design and development company. Eyeing on the changing market needs, wegradually switched our business focus from generic toys to collective toys aswell as designer toys which are much sought after by our target customers (i.e.from teenagers to thirty-year-olds) who are more willing to spend on their personalhobbies and entertainments.
Our visit tothe HKTDC Hong Kong International Licensing Show was a fruitful one. With the professional HKTDC Business Matchingservice, we were lined up with eight pre-identified exhibitors in a day. All of them were suitable and offeredcreative designs. We were particularlyimpressed by two companies from Korea (OSO Co Ltd, Lychee & FriendsCorporation) that their characters were so adorable and colourful. The playful image of the characters matched wellwith the preference of our target group. We would further discuss with these exhibitors for possiblecollaboration.
