I for sure will come back to visit the Fair organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. It facilitates a platform for buyers like myself to source online first, screen and select suppliers I am interested in meeting and meet potential partners face-to-face on the fairground to explore business opportunities. The  staff here are helpful and professional. Starting from the pre-fair organizational work, they have kept me in close contact via WeChat reminding me to bring my travel documents, namecards and what not. Their service is thorough and detail-oriented. While I spent time visiting selected vendors’ booths, the matching ambassador who facilited the onsite meetings waited patiently outside to take me to the following appointments. With her dedicated assistance I managed to complete my round of six business-matching meetings in just two hours. I don’t think I could have achieved so much without the able support of the organizer.
